Temaki

Temaki sushi is a hand rolled sushi, and it is seaweed wrapped around rice and various fillings to form a cone. At most restaurants, they will be called hand rolls. Hand rolls can be filled with anything, but it always contains rice. Unlike other types of sushi, temaki is usually eaten with one's bare hands instead of chopsticks because of its size and shape. Hand rolls are usually filled with salmon, tuna, imitation crab, tempura soft shell crab, eel, cucumber, avacado, pickled radish, spicy salmon, spicy tuna, tofu, and egg.
